Delivery timing

COBOFY

• Delivery will be made within the period agreed between us and the customer after the contract is concluded.
• Deliverables are websites produced using Studio.

COBOCAL

• Consulting services will be provided immediately after we confirm payment processing.
• Deliverables are defined based on the specifications agreed at the time of contract.
• Delivery is complete when deliverables meet the requirements in the specifications agreed at the time of contract and are approved by the customer, or are deemed approved.

COBOKET

• Consulting services will be provided immediately after we confirm payment processing.

Payment methods

Payment timing

COBOFY

• 50% at the time of contract (advance payment) and the remaining 50% upon delivery.
• For bank transfers, payment must be made to the designated account by the last day of the month following the month in which the invoice was issued.

COBOCAL

• Project-based: 33% or 50% as a deposit (advance payment) after quotation approval, with the balance due upon completion of delivery. However, if the project period exceeds 12 months, the estimated project price divided by the project period will be paid monthly.
• Spot-based: Full payment is due before consulting is provided.
• Partner-based: Subscription fees defined at the time of contract are paid in advance on a monthly (Monthly) or quarterly (Quarterly) basis.
• For bank transfers, payment must be made to the designated account by the last day of the month following the month in which the invoice was issued.

COBOKET

• Subscription fees defined at the time of contract are paid on a monthly (Monthly) or quarterly (Quarterly) basis.
• For monthly payments, renewal occurs automatically on the same date the following month; for quarterly payments, on the same date two months later.

Returns

• Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our services, we do not accept exchanges.

Cancellation

COBOFY

• If cancelled within 7 days of the contract date, we will refund the full amount paid at the time of contract.
• If cancelled on or after the 8th day from the contract date, we will refund 50% of the amount paid at the time of contract.
• Cancellations after delivery is complete are generally not accepted.

COBOCAL

• Project-based: Cancellations after contract conclusion will be determined through individual consultation. If cancelled after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded.
• Spot-based: Accepted only if we are contacted at least 24 hours before the scheduled consulting session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be accepted, and 100% of the consulting fee will be charged.
• Partner-based: You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, consulting will continue until the end of the period already paid for.

COBOKET

• We do not accept cancellations after payment.

Contract termination

COBOFY

• For the PRO plan only, a full refund guarantee applies within 30 days of the delivery completion date.
• The BUSINESS plan is not eligible for the refund guarantee.

Refund guarantee conditions:

1. The delivered website does not meet the functional requirements stated in the agreed specifications.
2. There are technical defects that prevent proper operation on the Studio platform.
3. A serious security defect is discovered.

COBOCAL

• Project-based and Spot-based: Refunds are not available.
• Partner-based: You may terminate by cancelling through Stripe by the day before subscription renewal, or by notifying us by email at least one week in advance. Not eligible for the refund guarantee.
